Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !
So yet another year has almost passed! Time does fly! What I want all you readers to do now is just to sit back, relax and think about all that hard work you have put in exercising and keeping fit. Just think about your goals and how excited you were to achieve them and think about all the exciting events/activities you have accomplished in this past year. Puts a smile on your face right ?! That’s what this time of year is all about, not to worry about work, or ponder over problems or upcoming errands you have to do, but to relax and think of the exciting and eccentric times you have had over the past year!
Now, I know that all you guys have worked solid at the gym and you deserve a nice little treat. So do not feel guilty at all when you’re mauling at your chocolate gateaux or the baileys bomb (cannot wait for mine) ! REMEMBER YOU HAVE DESERVED A NICE TREAT! So look forward to it and leave all troubles behind and get on the bandwagon with the rest of us and eat everything you can! That’s what I have done so far over the weekend, spent a nice little weekend away in Amsterdam but most of my time went on eating sooo much! It felt great, at the Christmas markets, lovely weather (freezing couldn’t feel my hands) but I didn’t mind as I had a hot plate of chicken, steak, bratwursts and chocolate to eat! I felt like I had deserved it, eating as much as I can ! My friends couldn’t believe that I had eaten 60 ribs and then wanted more food after! Oh well that’s the festive season for ya!
So again, I’m saying sit back, relax think about how hard you have worked throughout the year, not only at your work outs but how disciplined you have been with your everyday life involving family commitments, parties, work, events etc and now it’s your time to take a break from it all and scoff! Live for the present, especially at this time of year and think of nothing else except for the joyous time you will be having with friends and family and I guarantee you, you will head in to the new year feeling motivated, positive and in general remain happier!
I would like to say thank you to everybody who has read, followed, commented back and taken my advice on board from these blogs that I write and I hope I will carry on helping you guys out there to improve your lifestyle in the years to follow.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
